However, she is experienced in other modalities, including CBT, IFS, and SFBT, and utilizes whatever is best for her client’s needs. She is a perpetual student of trauma, constantly staying abreast of the latest research and treatments to provide the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Introduce yourself! Please tell us about you and your life, so we can get to know you better.
I am a therapist by vocation, I am drawn to it. It is my passion. I’m drawn to healing people, to inspiring them to a better life. In my personal life, I am an artist. I paint oil landscapes and create paper sculptures. I have a quirky cat who alternately thinks he is a dog or a squirrel. He’s never known any other animals. My dog is a 65 pound Catahoula cur who likes to rip up paper, especially napkins.
Could you tell me more about the inspiration behind starting Bearings Therapy? What motivated you to create this website and business?
