What the fuck happened to me? I used to
be so motivated.
It boggles your mind that you can’t connect the way you used to.
You eat like shit, or not at all, and haven’t had a decent night of rest in as long as you can remember.
Angry and pissed off at yourself, you feel like you should be able to kick this – but you just can’t. What do you do now?
Everyone depends on you.
You can’t drop a single ball. There’s so much to do.
So much to keep track of, and you’re drowning.
Some days it feels like you can’t breathe. When you’re used to being independent, strong, everyone else’s rock, asking for help is the hardest thing in the world.
First off, you’re in the right place.
I know what it’s like feeling like you should be able to get this done on your own.
I’m a veteran myself. That’s the way we’re trained – to be independent and strong.
Thing is, you might be able to, sometimes. Other times, you need help. Even if you don’t want it or feel like you shouldn’t need it.
I’ll be right there on your six.
When we work together, I’m gonna get you comfortable with the process first, walk you through every step.
There’s nothing for you to keep track of on your own.
We’ll talk about things like your environment, perceptions, patterns of behavior and their meanings. You’ll build a new skill set to help with regulating those things in your head that seem out of control.
After that’s done, we’ll get into resolving your situation.
Then we’ll review the process and get you solid with all the strength you built.
The whole time, we’ll be looking at how your military training and experiences have informed the situation you’re in now.
Give yourself the opportunity to heal.
In a free phone consultation, I’ll get a clearer picture of what your needs are and help you make an informed decision about what to do next.
